- Provided the media on HCBHC, especially the Annual Report with findings/recommendations, explain what areas you determined to target for improvement and provide support for their selection. Also include, what area(s) in the summary report you would like to have more information on and why?
- Given the HCBHC Corporate Memo concerning additional community needs for services, assess how these trends may have bearing on the organization’s future.
- In your Organizational Assessment, also touch on any one assessment issue tied to meeting regulatory requirements.
