Review your results from the Stroop Effect and Memory Span CogLab demonstrations.
For each demonstration, post your responses to the following. (The “basic” and “advanced” questions in the manual will be helpful in writing your responses.)
- What were your specific results (for example, percent correct)? How do they compare with those of other cognitive psychology students? If your results are quite different from theirs, why might this be the case?
- How does this demonstration relate to material covered in the Goldstein textbook—or other sources (e.g., journal articles, resources from the Internet)?
- How does this demonstration relate to everyday cognition—that is, how you perceive and understand the world?
