Review the program evaluation tools provided by SAMHSA, the CDC, the WHO, or other resources. Describe an approach you would take toward evaluating the programs, policies, and procedures in a particular setting. What challenges do you expect in collecting the necessary materials and information from the stakeholders?
Section B) Compose a 2- to 4-page paper that addresses the following:
- How would you apply the model or approach you described in this week’s Discussion question to analyze and develop a program evaluation for the Harbor City Behavioral Health Center?
- Include analysis of the policies of the Harbor City Behavioral Health Center with the relevant laws and ethics discussed last week.
