Consider that you have a 35-year-old female client who meets criteria for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). She meets Criteria A and B, specifically worrying about her spouse and children related to their health, her work, and her relationships with friends. She meets three symptoms under Criteria C:
- Restlessness or feeling keyed up and on edge
3. Being easily fatigued
6. Sleep disturbance (specifically, difficulty falling asleep)
Submit a 1-page paper in which you create one goal with two objectives for the client based on the provided symptoms. Then, consider if the client’s last symptom (sleep disturbance) was replaced by 4. Irritability instead. Would that change your goal or objectives? Why or why not?
All papers should be written in APA format. Use 12-point Times New Roman font and include a student style title page and references (no abstract required). Use your APA Manual as a guide.
