Experimental Analysis of Behavior and Translational Science in ABA
Carol Pilgrim (2024) presents three domains of ABA in Chapter 1 of your Roane et al. (2024) text Experimental Analysis of Behavior: Applied Behavior Analysis and Service Provision in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- First, describe each of these domains and present one original example that illustrates each. Next, focus on Experimental Analysis of Behavior (EAB).
- Next, explain how to differentiate EAB from the other two domains.
- Finally, describe translational science and how it bridges the gap between basic and applied research. Be sure to present conclusions on how the translational approach supports the advancement of the science and practice of ABA.
- Be sure that you are integrating your course readings throughout to support your analysis.
