For this assignment, you will build upon the work you did in your Week 3 assignment and analyze an appropriate school of thought and how it relates to your specialization area and your proposed research topic. You will dig deeper to begin developing a theoretical framework to support your proposed topic and your identified gap in the literature. The theory you discussed in the Week 3 assignment may be modified or further developed for this assignment, depending on appropriateness and instructor feedback. Be sure to draw from resources to support your choices as an appropriate fit for your specialization.

Create a presentation that includes the following slides. Note: You are not required to present your slides using audio or video. Only submit the slides you create. Use bulleted speaker notes to relate what you would say if you were presenting. You are not required to write out full sentences.
- Describe your research topic and explain why you chose it.

- Support your analysis using 3–5 sources from appropriate scholarly sources. Be sure to use in text citations as well as including on reference slide.
- Identify an appropriate theory from the chosen school of thought and show its connection to your proposed topic.
- Support your explanation using 3–5 sources from appropriate scholarly sources. Be sure to use in text citations as well as including on reference slide.
- This is a refinement of what you were doing in the first assignment. Note that your theory choice may evolve and change from your first assignment.
- Write a brief conclusion that ties everything together.

- Title slide (1 slide).
- Overview of proposed research topic (1–2 slides).
- Analysis of the chosen school of thought and connection to your proposed topic (1–2 slides).
- Identification of an appropriate theory from the chosen school of thought (1–2 slides).
- Conclusion (1 slide).
- References (1 slide).
PowerPoint is good tool, but you are welcome to explore other options as long as you meet the submission criteria and your instructor can view it.
