Identifying EFT Interventions
Your assignment this week involves applying what you have learned to your observations of the video of Susan Johnson conducting EFT with a couple. To help you complete this assignment, it is recommended that as you watch the video, you take notes on what interventions you see Johnson using.
The written assignment that you will submit this week will include:
- A summary of at least five (5) different EFT interventions you observed Johnson implement, with clear examples from the video.
- A discussion on why Johnson focuses the session on emotional expression.
- A reflection on how watching this session helped you to better understand how to implement EFT and what you imagine will be most challenging about practicing this model.
