Rank the diagnoses for each of the cases that you selected in terms of your comfort level in addressing them, with “1” representing your lowest level of comfort, “2” representing your second lowest level of comfort, etc.
Prepare an approximately 250-word self-assessment of the factors that contribute to your high levels of comfort in working with individuals presenting with certain diagnoses, and some of the factors that contribute to your lower levels of comfort working with individuals presenting with certain diagnoses. Identify three steps you might take to increase your comfort level in working with individuals who present with diagnoses for which you currently feel lower levels of comfort.
