Module 03 Assignment: Problem Formation & Strategies (Literature Review Part 2)
Remember, the purpose of each Module Assignment is to help you create your Capstone Project in phases. In Module 2, you started your Literature Review with five (5) professional journal articles and/or research studies. For this Module, you will add five (5) more professional journal articles and/or research studies to your existing Literature Review section, for a total of 10 summarized resources. Remember, the purpose of each Module Assignment is to help you create your Capstone Project APA Research Paper in phases. Each time you are given an Assignment, you will add the content of that assignment to your existing APA paper and upload your ongoing paper for grading. Please keep in mind that points will be deducted from your assignment upload if your paper is missing an assignment or required content. Therefore, if you miss an assignment, you must add it to your paper before uploading your assignment. Each assignment upload must be a complete, flowing paper. You cannot have missing project content—students who fail to successfully complete Assignments 2 and 3 risk being withdrawn from HUS4722 and HUS4945C. As you go through the course, please remember that by the last semester's due date, you must have a completed project to meet one of the program's requirements to pass HUS4722 and HUS4945C.
For this assignment, begin where you left off in your APA paper (do not add spaces between your work/paragraphs). Follow the four (4) Steps below.
Step 1: Add five (5) more professional journal articles and/or research studies to your existing Literature Review section for a total of 10 summarized resources.
- You must have at least 150 words in each summary (for each professional journal article/research study you are summarizing).
- Tell the reader what the author explained.
Step 2: Add your new references to your references page
- You must now have a total of ten (10) properly formatted professional journal articles/research studies on your references page.
- Be sure to put your references in alphabetical order.
- You must use Times New Roman 12 font and be sure to double space.
- Include the URL for information that is taken from the internet.
Step 3: Proofread your paper and ask yourself
- Did I create my AI Statement at the bottom of my Cover Page, and is the statement accurate?
- Did I follow the instructions given to me in Step 1?
- Did I follow the APA guidelines (font, spacing, spelling, periods, commas, indentation, page number, title format, in-text citation formats, etc.)
- Does my page 2 format look like the sample? (font, spacing, indentation, page number, title format, etc.)
- Does my in-text citation format look like the APA Quick Lookup Guide format?
- Do the format of my references page and the format of my sources look like the format given?
- Do I have the contents from Assignments 2 and 3 within my paper?
- Do I have ten (10) summarized Resources in my Literature Review section, an in-text citation in each summarized Resource, and at least 150 words in each summarized Resource explaining what the author shared?
- Do I have a total of ten (10) sources on my references page?
