For this "Original" discussion post, respond to the questions below to demonstrate content knowledge. You should have a total of three (3) paragraphs. Be sure to follow Steps 2, 3, and 4 to meet the writing requirements for your "Original" discussion post.
Discussion Post Paragraph 1: Explain the three (3) techniques for measuring variables and give an example for each type. When giving your examples for each, please do not use the textbook examples. You must create your own examples.
Discussion Post Paragraph 2: How can researchers be proactive in improving validity and reliability?
Discussion Post Paragraph 3: Explain the use and benefits of dimensional sampling.

- Do not write out the questions or numbers. Write in a narrative format using sentences and paragraphs.
- You must have an in-text citation and reference from the assigned course textbook.
- Fully respond to the questions being asked and refrain from sharing too much information.
- Fully spell all words, for example, it is, does not, etc.
- You must have a minimum of 180 words. Grammar, sentence structure, spelling, and punctuation will affect your grade, so proofread your work before submitting it. Any elements that do not contribute to the application of knowledge will not be counted in the word count.
- Any information taken from a source (other than your classmate or professor) must include an in-text citation and reference to avoid plagiarism. Not including a properly formatted in-text citation and reference will affect your grade.
