Supervision Contract
An integral part of being an effective BCBA supervisor is knowing how to prepare contract that reflects the conditions that are expected to be met by both the supervisor and the employee. This week, you will have an opportunity to review the components of a BCBA supervision contract and to prepare your own.
The Assignment
Use the sample contract in this week’s resources to write up a supervision contract between you and your supervisee that addresses criteria for independent supervision of a BCBA in training.
