- The purpose assignment is for you to explore some of the master narratives and practices that have been traditionally inherited throughout educational systems. Please complete the readings assigned for this week and reflect on the following questions:
- What are some ideas of learning and education you have become aware of or want to keep in mind that may not fit with your preferences?
- Who would you consider to be a student?
- Who would you consider to be the teacher?
- What are some ideas that have been historically privileged about learning that you have come to understand to be important in efforts to work helping individuals/families/communities?
