Capstone-DBX-DL02
The Study Plan evaluates your ability to prepare strategically for the Capstone and BCaBA-level expectations. This is not a general study list. It is a targeted, task-aligned plan that connects exam content (BACB TCO, 6th ed.) to the actual demands of this course.
You are demonstrating that you understand:
- What you need to know
- Why it matters
- How you will realistically prepare within this timeline
What You Will Submit
A structured study plan that includes:
1. Alignment to BCaBA TCO (6th Edition)
- Identify all relevant domains (A–I or applicable sections)
- Prioritize domains based on your strengths and weaknesses
- Briefly explain why each domain requires attention
2. Alignment to Capstone Tasks
Your plan must directly connect to:
- Intervention design
- Measurement and graphing
- Ethics and risk considerations
- Oral defense preparation
You should clearly show how your studying supports what you will actually be graded on in this course.
3. Study Strategies & Timeline
- Specify what you will do (e.g., SAFMEDS, mock exams, graphing practice)
- Include when and how often
- Ensure strategies are realistic given the accelerated term
Avoid vague statements such as “study more” or “review notes.”
4. Organization & Professionalism
- Use clear headings and structure
- Present the plan in a format you could realistically follow
- Write professionally and concisely
