Module 09 Assignment: Capstone Project Early Drafts
Instructions
As you prepare for your Capstone Public Forum, use this time to add to the Slide Presentation you started in Module 6. You will also work on the other documents needed to satisfy your course requirements.
There are three (2) Steps to this assignment.
Step 1: Continue your Slide Presentation outline based on the information you have collected and organized.
Please make sure your Slide Presentation includes the eight (8) items below. You should have a total of eight (8) slides.
- Cover page (include the name of the problem, your name, the name of your HUS4945C professor, course #, and semester).
- Population and Problem slide.
- Literature Review Main Themes slide.
- What is Already in Place slide (should be on the same slide as #5).
- What is Still Needed slide (should be on the same slide as #4).
- Data Collection Tool slide (blank tool).
- Data Collection Results slide.
- Solution slide (How it can be resolved and the steps necessary to create change) - as you can see, it includes the implementation plan
- Call to Action slide (How will you advocate for change or push for change? How will you get involved and get others involved to make a difference?).
Step 2: Use your slide presentation as a guide to create a visually appealing 1-Page Informational Handout, which should summarize the main points and be visually stimulating by using pictures and colors.
