This project assesses the student’s ability to analyze ethical dilemmas using the BACB Ethics Code, apply an ethical decision-making model, and identify relevant ethical risks, obligations, and corrective actions.
Students will:

2.Write a structured analysis (4–6 pages) addressing:
o A clear summary of the ethical dilemma.
o Relevant BACB Ethics Code standards (cite code numbers precisely).
o Identification of ethical risks to clients, practitioners, or the profession.
o Application of an 11-Step ethical decision-making model to resolve the case. o Description of required supervisory or competency considerations if applicable. o Recommended actions for resolution that meet legal, professional, and ethical requirements.
