Here is the instructions: Students will conduct a face-to-face interview (~30-min in length) with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst [or Assistant Behavior Analyst] to examine one ethical and one professional dilemma that s/he may have encountered in his/her practice. It is recommended that students contact the interviewee early in the semester [i.e. the first 2-3 weeks]. Students will submit a maximum 2-page APA report describing each issue provided by the interviewee (BCBA) and his/her commentary on how the student believes the issue could have been handled based on his/her knowledge of ethics and professional behavior. Students should relate the issue to the relevant section of the BACB’s Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
All assignments should include a title page with your name/instructor/ assignment/class/date and a citations page for sources used. This includes interventions that you discuss in your assignment. Please be sure to use editing software to check for minor errors. Failure to include this information may result in loss of points for your assignment.
For this specific assignment, you should cite personal communication as well as the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code at a minimum.
