Overview

This week, you explored survey research methods. For this assignment, you will apply what you learned to a real-world scenario. Imagine you have been asked to conduct a customer or client satisfaction survey for an organization. You may use your current workplace or create a hypothetical future workplace.

Consider this scenario:

You have been asked to conduct a customer or client satisfaction survey for your organization. You may choose your current employer or a hypothetical future employer. We’ll assume the survey questions have already been written. Your task is to determine how you will collect the data, identify one potential response bias and how you will prevent it, and explain why understanding survey research methods is important for professional practice.

Instructions

3. After drafting your initial responses:
