Overview
A new lecture today. Be sure that you understand the differences between these classes of disorders. Only the second two (Somatic Symptom and Factitous) are diagnosed on DSM 5. The psychophysiological disorders are not considered psychiatric conditions they are considered medical conditions. We talk about them because they can be affected by stress and other environmental conditions.
