I'm working on a science question and need guidance to help me learn.
Interview co-workers, family, and friends who are not dental professionals to find out how much they know about their oral health. Then, think about some of their cultural beliefs, values, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, age, education, primary language usage, and health literacy that socially determines their health. Finally, try to identify approaches or resources you could share with the person you interviewed to increase their knowledge with cultural humility, empathy, and vulnerability.
