Overview
In this Assignment, Create a Fishbone Diagram, also known as an Ishikawa or cause-and-effect diagram. Developing a fishbone diagram involves visually mapping out the potential causes of a specific problem or issue in healthcare. The fishbone diagram is a visual aid for brainstorming and organizing potential causes. The brainstorming activity helps teams to systematically analyze and understand the root causes of a problem.

3.Listed all factors related to materials.
4.Listed all people factors.
5.Listed all equipment factors.
