Option A: Search for a national or international company or institute that performs one of the techniques described in Chapters 21 and 22. Specify where the company is located and what type of services it provides. If they specify, you might include additional technological services that they use/provide. Include the appropriate reference.
Option B: Search for a type of food/animal/produce/agriculture/etc. To which one of the techniques covered in Chapters 21 and 22 has been applied. Provide 4-5 sentences of information. Include the appropriate reference.
