- Summarize one of the Supreme Court cases linked in the module resources. Your summary should answer these questions:
- What happened in this case?
- What were the constitutional issues claimed?
- How did the Supreme Court rule, and why?
- How did the Court's decision impact the division of power between state and federal government?
- How did the case ruling affect women and people of color?
Reply to at least two classmates about their initial posts. In your replies, discuss how their situations and later court cases show a federal system and national supremacy at work. Use facts to explain why you agree or disagree with the majority ruling of the Supreme Court in each case.
