Overview
Through this signature assignment, you will be demonstrating:
- analyze and interpret how regional climate can determine the type and intensity of natural weather hazards.
- assess the socio-economic conditions that create vulnerability to severe impacts from weather hazards and assess societal responses/mitigation strategies as a result of those events.
- evaluate the impact of climate change on the frequency, intensity and duration of natural hazards.
- synthesize a series of data related to weather, climate change, and human impact for the purpose of telling a clear story.
