DNP Project Documents
You set the stage for your DNP project by assessing your stakeholders. You also searched for evidence to support your project question, synthesized the evidence, and formulated your action plan. In this Assignment, you will compile and submit deliverables that are dependent upon the project type. Be sure to review the checklist that aligns with your deliverable type, such as clinical practice guideline, staff education, or organization change process evaluation.
Note: You will have numerous documents, as well as the appropriate checklist for this Assignment. All documents should be submitted as a zip file.

- Complete the project materials for your DNP project implementation, as well as the corresponding checklist that aligns with your project type.
- Review instructions for creating and uploading a zip folder.
Note: All documents used during implementation MUST be submitted and approved by your committee. To do this, you should zip all of the files together and submit them as one zip file. Instructions for creating zip files for MAC or PC are located at the following links:
