All information should go on the 5 Jaka RCSM document , thats my thesis paper .
I have written and reviewed Chapter 1 of the attached document, which will serve as a foundation for writing Chapters 2 and 3. You are required to use the attached data collection forms as a guide for developing the remaining chapters. Please refer to the assignment guidelines provided within Chapter 1 to ensure consistency and alignment with the project requirements.
All information collected should be added directly to the Chapter 1 document under the appropriate sections for Chapters 2 and 3 of the thesis. The total number of participants involved in the study is 10. I will also attach some images gathered during data collection, which may be helpful when writing Chapter 2.
Since the total number of participants for this research was 10 individuals, I will only be sending one completed data collection form as a sample. However, when writing Chapters 2 and 3, please present the results and findings as reflective of the full group of 10 participants.
Be sure to highlight common themes and patterns particularly areas where the facility appears to be lacking in training or where specific problems were identified. Use the provided sample data and supporting images to guide your analysis, but expand the findings to represent the experiences and perspectives of all 10 participants.
