Mission, Vision, and Values Comparison
You have recently been hired as a manager of a new healthcare organization in the community. The organization is still in the process of developing mission, vision, and values statements, and you have been asked to gather information on the mission, vision, and values statements from other healthcare organizations in the community. For this Competency Assessment, you will identify three healthcare organizations that are in your community or in the surrounding communities. The organizations that you choose need to have information on mission, vision, and values readily available either on their websites, at the facilities, or through interviews with employees. Using the Assessment Template provided, research the organizations and respond to the questions provided. In the Assessment Template, you will respond to the following:
