Strategic Planning in Healthcare
You have been hired as a consultant to help a healthcare organization determine appropriate priorities and create a strategic plan to address these priorities. With limited knowledge of the company, you begin by interviewing an administrator to gain his or her perspective. From there, you will gather additional information about the organization and develop a presentation of your findings. This presentation should be geared toward other administrators of the organization, who will use the information in creating a larger strategic plan.
