Overview
The judge in State v. Baker case has hired you to write a report to help the judge understand the information and issues to which the experts will be testifying in the upcoming trial. The report should analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the pre-trial testimony and autopsy report of expert witnesses Dr. Morgan Kahn, the Offense Report of Forensic Scientist Dannie Rodriguez, and the expert witness report of Dr. Leslie Torres. The analysis should include a discussion of the forensic evidence on which their opinions are based. Identify the information that might be used by the prosecution. Identify the information that might be used by the defense. What are the inconsistencies, if any, in the testimony and supporting exhibits of the experts? Identify any potential issues, if any, involving the professionalism or ethical concerns of the three experts.
The report should be no longer than 4-5 pages at 12 pt font doubled spaced, excluding the cover page and any exhibits. Submit your paper as a Word document using the submission link provided. Remember, your submission must be in APA 7th edition formatting with a cover page, a reference page, properly formatted references, and properly formatted in-text citations. If you use anyone's ideas or are delivering facts, you should support it with a scholarly citation or some reference as to where it came from. Every reference you use at the end of any paper should have a corresponding in-text citation
