Overview
Question 1
Crowdfunding is seen by many entrepreneurs as a hope to fund innovative projects that would not be carried out otherwise (Belleflamme et al., 2015). However, crowdfunding has serious limitations. Discuss crowdfunding as a financing option for small businesses.

Question 2
Thank you for submitting your Prospectus. Please see my feedback on the attached file. This feedback will, I hope, allow you to succeed in achieving your academic goals. I reviewed the Alignment Table first, so please check that feedback and incorporate it throughout. Several discrepancies in the Prospectus need attention. I suggest starting with a clean Prospectus template and adding the relevant content to each section. All areas need attention, particularly the general business problem, the specific business problem, the purpose of the study, the framework and how the theories/models you intend to use relate to your study and your research design. For a study of this type, consider qualitative research using pragmatic inquiry. Your supporting literature should contain, at most, 13 annotated bibliography summaries, three of which should relate to the conceptual framework. Please write ALL the summaries using the 4-part format - APA reference entry followed by (a) an in-text citation, (b) what author(s) studied, (c) what they found, and (d) why this is important in relation to your study. Also, remember when you cite a source in any section, such as the general business problem or the framework, you must include the reference(s). Please work on a draft of the Prospectus to submit for the Week 6 assignment. Also, keep your Term Plan updated weekly so you can share that with me at the end of the term. That is a good way of staying on top of your progress and seeing that you're accomplishing your goals.
