Thank you for making the revisions after my first review. I have given you some additional feedback and would like you to make further revisions for the Week 8 assignment.
Very important, please include two summaries related to the conceptual framework in the summaries. In the Framework section, you cited two sources:
1. Taylor, F. W. (1909). Scientific management. Routledge.
2. Tyler, B. B. (1965). Strategic decision models: Integrating different perspectives. Strategic Management Journal, 12(5), 327-351.
As you are using their theories to develop your conceptual framework, you must include an article by Taylor and one by Tyler.
You can include other sources discussing the theories, but the original authors must be included in this section.
Don't be disheartened! If I am happy with the revised version, I will send it to the SCM, Dr Wentz, for an informal review. I will share her feedback with you, and you will make any suggested revisions she may have.
Once I see the following revised version, assuming it's all in order, you should be able to submit it to TaskStream for the formal SCM review and then on to the PD.

Part 2
For your annotated bibliography summaries, please write your three summaries on the two theories you are using. Again, one must be by Taylor on his scientific management theory and another by Tyler on his individual differences perspective theory. The third summary can be on either theory by another author.
