Overview
1(a) Submit an assessment summary using professional and culturally sensitive language that is appropriate for multiple audiences. The summary should be 200 to 300 words.
1(b) Submit a 1- to 2-page resource map that categorizes at least 5 resources that serve active-duty service members, veterans, or their families. Be sure to include a resource summary for each resource that describes the following:
Purpose of the resource
Services offered
Eligibility criteria (if applicable)
Process to access the resource
