part 1- In 4- paragraphs, discuss and provide examples of how you have witnessed the problems identified in your text concerning the following meeting problems:
- Group size;
- One-person domination;

- Problem participants;

part 2-In 2 paragraphs, discuss both the positive and negative aspects you have experienced when leading a meeting. If you have never led a meeting, discuss what you feel the negative and positive aspects would be when leading a meeting.
Part 3-As a human service manager, you will deal with many conflicts. Your text discusses the following common conflicts that managers have to deal with on a regular basis:
- Personal feuds;
- The alleged persecution of a subordinate by a superior, and;
- Struggles between 2 units of the organization.
