Whenever I think of physical science the first thing that comes to my mind is the ocean. It's always amazed just how unknown the ocean really is and how underneath all the water it's hiding some of the most beautiful things. For instance, one natural phenomenon that fascinates me is the bioluminescent waves. Ive read that this occurs due to plankton that react to the movement of the waves causing them to glow blue. I haven't had the opportunity to witness them in person so I attached a photo I found online but I hope one day I can experience them for myself and take my very own photo.
