1. In an essay of no less than 800 words, students are to reflect on healthcare and society.
   For this journal assignment, you should address the following:
   • Which sociological perspective best explains your viewpoint on the U.S. healthcare system?
   • How could the U.S. healthcare system be improved to create more affordable quality care for all?
   • Discuss whether the U.S. should have universal healthcare as part of the discussion of reforms.
   
   Your journal submission must be a minimum of 800 words. A title page, if used, and the reference page do not count toward this requirement. You must use at least one peer-reviewed or academic source to support your journal entry. All sources used must have citations and references properly formatted in APA Style.
