Overview
For this exercise pick one of the articles: either, The Man on the Bandstand or, The Radical Idea of Marrying for Love.
Form at least two questions for the article.
The questions you create should focus on: a key concept, explanation, or theory, that you encounter in the text; and they must include a direct answer, quoted from the text, to be graded as a pass.
Questions about terms, terminology, concepts, explanations, problems, and arguments need our inquiry. The questions that you generate should focus on these specific subject matters by asking:
What does the text state/say?
What are the limits of those statements?
The questions that you generate should not summarize the article—use actual quotes from the text.
