Overview
Each group is asked to write a complex case in student or academic affairs and analyze it from at least three of five different content perspectives and provide short term and long-term solutions. The five lenses each paper can use are as follows: 1) Higher education environments, cultures, and students, 2) student development theory/advising/engagement theory, 3) Organizational and leadership issues and theory, 4) Legal/ethical/moral judgment development, 5) Diversity/equity in student services organizations or students.
