Overview
Over the course of the quarter, you will write a research paper on a specific form of inequality in American society. You will choose a topic, find scholarly sources that present evidence on it, and summarize these sources in your paper. You will receive more details about this assignment during Week 2 of the quarter. The paper will be due on Friday. March 15 and is worth 20% of your grade in the course. You will submit your paper using a link on the course website. A service called Turnitin will check papers for evidence of plagiarism and any , so be sure to properly cite sources and put direct quotes in quotation mark
