Each presentation should utilize PowerPoint or Google Slides.Your slideshow can incorporate images, photos, video, etc. related to your social policy action project.
Each presentation should be 45 minutes in length and each member of the group should speak.It is estimated that each group will have between 10 – 15 slides.
Leave time for Q & A.
Your presentation should incorporate the following key pieces of information:
- Describe the rationale for choosing this topic for your social action project
- Describe the social problem.
- What is the scope of the problem?
- Who is affected by this problem and how are they affected?
- Include demographic data in this section.
- Describe what your group did to affect change related to this social problem.
- What was your group did for its social action project?
- What did you hope to change?
- Describe each step undertaken to pull the project together (include challenges, setbacks and helpful resources)
- What would you do differently if you were to begin again?
- What feedback did you receive from participants?
- What would the next steps towards affecting change look like?
