For at least a full week, take auto ethnographic fieldnotes and journal about your life as a cyborg. You should pay attention to every piece of machinery and technology that aids or enhances your ability to exist within and act upon the world. You should focus especially on ways technology and technological enhancements allow you to navigate and shape material realities.
