Title: Reflections of Children's Rights in the Choice Between Home and School Education for Special Children

Abstract: This essay seeks to explore how the rights of special children—such as those who are blind, have ADHD, or other special needs—are considered in choosing between family education and school education. It will analyze the educational situations of these children and the impact of decision-makers on their participation to determine if their rights are fully respected. The study also examines the extent to which parents can intervene in their child's school education and the potential consequences of such interventions, including violent behavior.
