Overview
For this individual methods paper, you will be exploring in great detail what you contributed individually and did individually and as a group to produce the findings and for the entire research.
Remember that a methods section, or methodology, aims to do two things: 1) present legitimacy to the work and approach you took, and 2) detail everything you completed in case somebody wanted to replicate your study.
I cannot give you a definitive range of pages for submission as it depends on how detailed you are, but it is unlikely you will hit all of the points if you are under 8-10 pages, not including the cover page, works cited, and appendices. You also need to ensure that this is in APA formatting: Links to an external site.
When referring to certain things, make reference to the appendix where it is in. For example, "We created an interview protocol, and that can be found in Appendix C." This assignment overlaps with the lecture I gave with these slides that I'll attach as a PowerPoint file.
I will attach a separate document with the specific directions and layout for the paper. I will also attach all of the documents that you need for this paper. I will added a document that is titled "Directions for Methodology Paper," that document will have the directions but it will also have the information for you to write about that I will highlight.
