Describe which calculators you used, your results, and what occurs to you regarding aging and aging well that you may not have thought about before this exercise. * Compare the calculators and discuss how accurate, valid, and reliable they each were Did you find one to be more accurate, valid, and reliable than the other? Why? * Were you surprised by any of the outcomes? * What led to a better outcome for you, your current lifestyle, or other choices you made the second time around? * What do you think it means to "age well"?
