Overview
This paper should be 8-10 pages in length and it should be typed, double spaced, and grammatically correct. You will need to also include at least 3 supplementary sources to support your arguments from outside of the assigned reading materials for class. All students should use books, journals, and newspapers articles as part of their sources. Students will be able to choose a topic of their own interest that pertains to the course and that falls under the main themes discussed. This paper will be submitted in Canvas for a plagiarism check and part of the grade of this paper will be based on this plagiarism evaluation. This will be worth 20 points or 20 percent of your grade.
This is the title of it: The Stigma of Mental Illness in Minority Communities Focus on how mental health conditions are seen as deviant or taboo, especially in communities of color for the research paper, we can pick any topic in relation to sociology of deviance and we just write about our findings on said topic.
