Sociological Research
Research is at the core of the social scientific endeavor, and sociologists adopt various approaches in their investigations. While some researchers focus on quantitative methodologies, others emphasize qualitative research.
In this assignment:
(a) Begin by defining the concept research.
(b) Proceed to articulate a clear distinction between quantitative research and qualitative research.
(c) Explore two distinct research methods - survey and ethnography. Explain the nature of each method and indicate whether they employ a quantitative or qualitative research approach.
