Assignment Description

I need a PowerPoint created for my assignment. I will record the voice-over separately, so you do NOT need to record anything. Just create the slides and include speaker notes so I can read them later.

Here’s what the PowerPoint must include:

1. Summary of the Case A short overview of my client (Samantha), the work completed with her, and the plan we agreed on. Use only the information from my earlier assignments and keep her identity protected.

2. Theories Used Explain the theory that guided my work with her (Attachment Theory) and show how it connects to her behavior and needs.

3. Intervention Goal One clear intervention goal for the client based on the problems identified.

4. Rationale for the Goal Explain why this goal was chosen and how it supports the client’s needs.

5. Social Work Practice Skills Used Describe the specific skills I used while developing the intervention with the client.

6. Evaluation Measures Describe two measures that will be used to track the client’s progress. Explain how each measure will be assessed (ex: observation, follow-up calls, etc.).

7. Strengths and Limitations of Each Measure Briefly analyze what each evaluation method does well and where it has limitations.
