Formatting Guide

- Use all of the template's headers and subheadings.
- Write primarily using bullet points with short explanations under each heading.
- Do not use a chart.
2. Theory of Change
- Follow the Theory of Change template exactly.
- Keep it in the chart/table format provided.
- Use brief bullet points or short phrases inside each section (Inputs, Activities, Outputs, Outcomes, Impact).
3. Sociological Perspective
- Use a heading.
- Write in paragraph format (1 paragraph to 1 page).
- You may use small subheadings (such as Problem, Micro-Level Factors, Macro-Level Factors, and Sociological Theory) if it helps organize the section.
- Do not use a chart.
4. Executive Summary
- Follow the Executive Summary template your professor provided.
- Use all of the template's headers and subheadings.
- Write using short paragraphs and/or bullet points under each heading.
- Do not use a chart.
5. References
- Create a separate References page.
- Format citations in APA (or another citation style your professor allows).
