Experimental Design Project (Just one part)

Overview

The first document gives you a sense of what my project is about and what the data mean. The second file is the data and the third document is the one you need to do, and you only need to work on the part that I marked red, which is:

• Preliminary data visualization
  • “Strip plot” faceted by pre-screen block, dodged by gum exposure, colored by flavor
  • Interaction plots
  • ggplot()
• Summarize model (yijk = ai + bi etc…) + ANOVA table
  • Run aov() in R
  • Paste only df, SS, MS, and F values
  You need R to do the work and basically all you need to do is to do the data visualization for the data I provided to you and do the summarize model and do the Anova Table as mentioned above. Do not forget to do the interpretation for every part!!!! and include you code in the Code appendix. The work should be finished withtin 2 hours.
