1. Download the Excel File: Project III (Tejeda) .xlsx
2. Open the Excel File on your computer.
3. Enter your information in B Column (Name in B2, etc.)
4. In the Menu bar at the top, select “Formulas”. To the far right of your screen, click once “Calculate now”
   
   Next highlight the numbers generated under each of the groups and copy the data.
   
   Then, without moving locations, re-paste the data as text as follows (for Windows computer you can right-click to open the menu options):
   
   Then Take a screenshot of your Excel sheet and paste in the Tab called "Screenshot". Now complete the following before completing the Project.

5. Then

   Take a screenshot of your Excel sheet and paste in the Tab called "Screenshot". Now complete the following before completing the Project:
   1. Go back to the “Home” tab and then click "File".
   2. Save your file adding your Last Name after “2020)” for example “2020) - Garcia”.
