Overview
You have learned many different statistical analyses this semester. For this final project, you will be analyzing the class survey data that we collected at the beginning of the semester.
There are five (5) parts to this project: Descriptive Statistics, t-test analyses, Correlations, ANOVA, and a Discussion Forum. Each section is valued at 20 points.
You should have downloaded a free copy of JASP to your computer and uploaded our class survey data into JASP. The data are located under the Final Class Project tab in eCampus. The data set includes survey data collected from students enrolled in Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences and students enrolled in other psychology classes (not Statistics) during the Fall 2024 semester. I have added JASP tutorial videos under the Class Project tab in eCampus.
You may use Excel to calculate the statistics for this project, if you prefer, but I will not be able to provide you with tutorials on how to perform the analyses in Excel. Data for project
Practice Data Set Stats .xlsx Final Data set that you will be uploading into JASP (or using in Excel).
