1) write your corrections in complete, correct statements, especially for the multiple choice questions;
2) if the correction involves a graph, draw the graph with the correction on the loose-leaf paper; when multiple questions relate to the same graph, you should only draw it once.
3)if the correction involves a calculation, write the calculation, including correct symbols, not just the final answer.
